Policies & Information
Everything you need to know about research-use restrictions, privacy, purchasing limitations, shipping, returns, and frequently asked questions.
Research use policy
Every catalog item is supplied as a chemical reference material intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory investigation and analytical work performed by qualified professionals in an appropriate facility. By placing an order you agree to the following without exception:
- You will not administer, ingest, inject, inhale, apply topically, or otherwise introduce any product into a human or animal subject, including yourself.
- You will not resell, repackage, or redistribute any product for human or veterinary use, or represent it as suitable for such use.
- You are at least 21 years of age and are acquiring the material for legitimate research purposes in a laboratory setting.
- You are responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and institutional requirements governing the purchase, handling, storage, transport, and disposal of research chemicals.
- You accept sole responsibility for the safe handling of the material once it is delivered, including appropriate personal protective equipment, containment, and waste disposal.
Our products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. No statement made on this website or in any accompanying documentation has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Pure Vault Peptides is a chemical supplier. We are not a pharmacy. We are not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and we are not an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B of that Act.
We do not provide dosing, administration, or protocol guidance. Our staff cannot and will not discuss dosages, administration routes, injection technique, cycles, stacking, or preparing material for use in a living subject. We may decline or cancel any order, and decline any enquiry, that falls outside legitimate laboratory research.
Terms of sale
Who may order
Orders are accepted only from customers aged 21 or over who are qualified to handle research chemicals and who accept the research use policy above. We may require confirmation of research context before accepting an order, and we may refuse any order at our discretion.
Order acceptance
A catalog listing is an invitation to order, not an offer. A contract is formed only when we accept your order and dispatch the material. If an item is unavailable, mispriced, or the order falls outside our research-use terms, we will cancel and refund it in full rather than fulfil it.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable tax, which are calculated at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details.
Product information and documentation
Names, scientific identifiers and research-area summaries are provided for catalog reference. Where a third-party analysis has been published, we publish the report reference and a link to the issuing laboratory rather than restating measured values, so you read the results at the source. Where no report has been published, the listing says so. A report covers the batch it was drawn from and is not a specification for the catalog entry in perpetuity.
Permitted use and resale
Material is supplied for your own laboratory research. You may not resell, repackage or redistribute it for human or veterinary use, or in a way that represents it as suitable for such use. Breach of this term ends any further obligation on our part and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Limitation of liability
Material is supplied without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose beyond the analytical documentation published for it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Vault Peptides is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from use of the material outside laboratory research, from any use in a human or animal subject, or from failure to observe applicable handling and disposal requirements. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
The seller of record is Pure Vault Peptides. The governing law and dispute-resolution terms for your order are provided in writing by support on request at support@purevaultpeptides.com.
Privacy policy
What we collect
To process an order we collect your name, email address, billing and shipping address, order contents, and the record of your research-use acknowledgement. If you create an account we also keep your order history. If you contact support we keep the message you send and the address you sent it from so we can reply.
Payment data
Card details are entered with our payment provider and are not stored on this site. We receive only the result of the transaction and the limited details needed to identify the payment, such as the card type and last four digits.
How we use it
We use your information to take payment, fulfil and ship your order, provide support, meet our tax and accounting obligations, and prevent fraud and misuse. We share it only with the parties needed to do those things: our payment provider, our shipping carrier, and our accountants. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Cookies
This site sets the cookies WooCommerce needs to keep your cart and session working, and to remember your research-use acknowledgement so you are not asked on every visit. Blocking those cookies will stop the cart from functioning.
Retention and your rights
Order and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep them. Support correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful. You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to retain, by writing to support@purevaultpeptides.com.
Shipping
Where we ship. We ship to the United States only. Orders cannot be placed from or delivered to any other destination.
Service and cost. Shipments are sent via USPS Ground Advantage. Typical transit time is 3-5 business days after dispatch, as estimated by the carrier rather than guaranteed by us. Shipping is charged at $12.95 flat rate on all orders, shown at checkout before payment. Tracking is emailed when the parcel is collected.
Material is packaged for laboratory transport and labelled with the product name, quantity, batch reference, and the research-use restriction. You are responsible for ensuring the destination address can lawfully receive research chemicals and that someone is able to take delivery and store the material appropriately on arrival.
Returns and refunds
Opened or used material cannot be returned. Once a vial has left our custody its storage and handling history cannot be verified, so it can no longer be represented as a reference standard to anyone else. This is a chain-of-custody limit, not a commercial preference.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is not what you ordered, contact support@purevaultpeptides.com promptly with your order number and photographs of the packaging and vial, and we will put it right. The reporting window and handling requirements that apply to your order are confirmed in writing by support.
Orders we cancel because they fall outside the research-use terms are refunded in full. Where a return is agreed, do not ship material back until support has confirmed the return in writing, because unannounced returns of research chemicals cannot be accepted.
Frequently asked questions
No. Every item sold by Pure Vault Peptides is a research chemical intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory investigation and analytical work by qualified professionals. Nothing we sell is a drug, supplement, food, cosmetic, or medical device, and nothing we sell may be administered to humans or animals.
We do not. Because our products are not for use in humans or animals, we cannot supply dosing schedules, administration routes, cycle guidance, or any comparable information, and our staff are not permitted to discuss such topics.
Published third-party analyses are listed in the COA library, and each one links to the issuing laboratory's own verification page so you can read the measured results at the source rather than trusting a supplier's summary. We do not restate purity figures or dates in the catalog. Products without a published report are marked as pending, and we never substitute another product's document.
Ordering is limited to customers aged 21 or over who are qualified to handle research chemicals in an appropriate laboratory setting and who accept the research-use terms at checkout. We may decline or cancel any order that appears to be intended for human or veterinary use.
Storage requirements depend on the compound, formulation and packaging. Follow the authentic batch documentation supplied with the material and your laboratory's validated method; the catalog listing does not substitute for those records. As a general matter, lyophilised material is kept sealed and frozen, and allowed to reach room temperature before opening so condensation does not form.
Yes. Contact laboratory support to request documentation status for the compound you are reviewing. No report is represented as available until a source-verifiable record exists, and published reports always link to the issuing laboratory rather than to a copy hosted here.
